HR Global Mobility Specialist Eastern Europe
Job description:
- Acts as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound assignee population and their family members in the region
- Serves as hub for Global Mobility expertise, policy and process guidance to HR, Management and Employees
- Prepares cost calculations and assignment agreements in close collaboration with national HR and CU GM, supports with guidance on foreign hires
- Supports the development and roll-out of Global Mobility standards and projects
- Constantly checks for improvement in terms of processes, compliance and costs in the region
Requirements:
- Experience in Global Mobility, HR, or related fields, with a strong understanding of international processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and guide assignees and their families
- fluent English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing cost calculations and assignment agreements
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Quick and adaptable learner with a strong enthusiasm for mastering new topics
